How It Works
- Depending on your needs bi-weekly, or weekly check-ins. This will cover what pertains to your current goals. We can go over performance, mental hurdles, structuring your day, progress pictures, and other feedback. This allows hands on adjustment for your individual body.
- Questions and support is unlimited and will be answered in a timely manner.
- You and your health/longevity are my priority. This may call for some tough love at times, but intentions will be for your longterm success.
